Back to basics

Be a Scout in the work place. A Scout is trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent. Let's go back to basics. After all, these are the things we learned in kindergarten.

On becoming

Whom do you emulate as a leader? Who you become is more important than what you do or have?
“To be what we are, and to become what we are capable of becoming, is the only end of life.” – Robert Louis Stevenson
